Enrolling at Four Seasons

Is our kindergarten the right place
for your tamaiti?

We'd love you to visit and see for yourself. The best way to begin is a conversation.

Come and share some time with us. To arrange a visit, reach out by phone or through our contact form.

What to expect when you come to us

We'll set aside about an hour to show you around, share our philosophy, and walk you through the rhythm of our days. Some visitors bring lots of questions, others come just to get a feel for us and our space, we welcome you all. We often invite whānau to visit for the first time at the end of our kindergarten day — a quieter moment when our kaiako can give you their full attention, and when a child who is new to the space, isn't navigating a full, busy kindergarten for the first time. There's no obligation; we love sharing our place and our day with whānau who are curious about us. When you're ready, you can enrol your tamaiti and join our waiting list right here on the website.

Places and timing

Spaces at Four Seasons open as our tamariki take their next steps in learning, or when whānau circumstances change. How long the wait might be depends on your tamaiti's age and when current tamariki move on. We'd love to chat about this when you visit — get in touch and we'll find a time that works for you. We encourage a minimum enrolment of 3 days a week to begin with to allow enough time for your tamaiti to establish relationships with us and other tamariki. You will find information about costs, fees, and our optional charges HERE.

How we begin together

We typically know at least a month in advance when a space is becoming available, so we'll be in touch with plenty of time to begin a gentle transition together. Usually three to five settling visits are arranged, with whānau alongside their tamaiti for about an hour each time — sharing our space and part of our day.

Whanaungatanga — the weaving of relationships — is at the heart of how we welcome new tamariki and whānau. We're intentional about getting to know you: your tamaiti, your values, your hopes for this time. And we love to share who we are in return — how we came to be here, what this community means to us, and what it means to be a kaiako at Four Seasons. This is not just settling in; it's the beginning of something that matters to us deeply.
