Trusting someone outside the family home to nurture, love, educate and contribute the the wellbeing of your child is task we honour deeply.  We believe that a partnership between home and kindergarten establishes a solid foundation for children’s learning and when the partnership is strong, this provides the best outcomes for children and families.

Your Child has a journey book that our four kaiako contribute into.  This is available for you at any time to view, take home and share with your whanau.  We delight when parents also contribute to these and they are a beautiful vehicle that documents your child’s journey with us at the kindergarten.

We also write a weekly kindergarten newsletter, to let whanau know about the weekly rhythm, upcoming festivals and events,  and ways in which you can support us in the work we do with tamariki.  Please click here and let us know if you would like to receive our newsletters.

Each season we hold a Parents Education evening.  These cover a variety of topics relating to parenting, Steiner education, holistic health and children’s development.  These sessions are a beautiful way to get to know other the families and the teaching team at Four Seasons Kindergarten.  If there is a particular topic you would like to see covered, please let us know.

Anyone is welcome to our Parent Education evenings.  You may have a child on our waiting list or be thinking about choosing our kindergarten for your child.  We recognise that the wider whanau help to raise our children and welcome any family members or caregivers to our parenting evenings and workshops.

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.

The digital world is never static and neither are we.

And I say ‘we’ because I work with an awesome group of talented people who I gather together as required to complete a project.  Whatever your business, not-for-profit or individual needs are we gather the best team to get the job done.
